  • We pull up. We set up. We pick up. You gather. You graze. Then leave amazed.

  • Typically 1-3 months out. We only book one gathering per day, so availability is limited.

  • Yes, we know special occasions land on everyday of the year.

  • Maybe. Feel free to ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Not at this time, state parks require permits and those can be a little tricky.

  • Her name is Georgia and she’s a 1973 VW bus. We’ve fully restored her over a 2-year period. Visit our about page to learn more.

  • Yes, but non-alcoholic.

  • Yes, we prepare a special charcuterie board for every gathering.

  • Our table is designed for 2-4 guests. We have a bar table option out of the tailgate which can fit an additional 2-4 guests.

  • Our gatherings start at $400. You can learn about about our pricing on our packages page.

  • 2+ hours

  • Nope, the bus is parked and staged at one of our perfect spots for your gathering.

  • Yes, we provide a bluetooth speaker.

  • We ask that you notify us 30 minutes in advance of leaving as we’d like to make sure the bus isn’t left unattended.

  • Once your gathering is confirmed, there is a $250 deposit. You have up to 72 hours before your event to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel after this time frame, you will lose your deposit.

  • Yes, but it depends on a few factors. It’s best to contact us with your request.
